Ingredients;

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup anchovies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions Coca de Llanda

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
